The staff was decent and affable, the breakfast offered was healthy with lots of food. View out of the breakfast room was beautiful, the room was functional and airy. The location was wonderful, not very far from a sprawling park.

My stay here was awesome. Gorgeous breakfast, unobtrusive staff, I loved upscale location. Practical & light room with a marble bathroom. Nice service and a heated pool onsite.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

It was nice to have a mini-bar, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room. We spent our evenings in nearby Bar Ristorante Olimpia enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Think it's good value for Lugano. Buffet breakfast was great, staff was accommodating. Our executive queen room had climate control, an individual safe and a work desk. Situated in a shopping area.

The hotel was just a walk down to piazza della riforma. Taste the food in spaghetti store sa, you only need to walk 1000 feet to reach it.
